We are looking for an HR Executive for our client, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities of HR Executive
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries
- Assist in HR policy and procedure development and implementation
- Manage employee relations matters and address employee inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with HR team to organize training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluation
- Conduct exit interviews and process separation documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR functions, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus
